My Digital Studio video--Faux Washi Tape

Sorry it's taken me so long to post this video.  I had it mostly done a few weeks ago, but with the loss of my step-mom, everything went on the back burner.  So here is the video that some of you were asking about: how to make faux washi tape like I had on my christmas scrapbook page.
